The word "Sabay" (สบาย) means "comfort" in Thai — and that’s exactly what we aim to offer: comforting, home-style Thai food just like you'd find in our hometown kitchens. Every dish is crafted with care, using traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and a deep respect for Thai culinary heritage.

Originally from Thailand, Chef Mod—affectionately known as “Ant” in Thai—brings over 15 years of experience as a head chef at renowned five-star hotels in Southeast Asia. With a deep-rooted passion for Thai culinary tradition, Chef Mod not only masters the techniques of Thai cooking but also treats each dish as a work of art.

His cuisine reflects a balance of bold flavors, refined presentation, and authentic ingredients—offering diners a true taste of Thailand, crafted with heart, heritage, and precision.
